These Terms and Conditions cover the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users using the service regarding object location information and location-based services (hereinafter referred to as location information services) provided by Buy N Sell Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). The purpose is to regulate other necessary matters.  Effectiveness and change of Terms of Use  ​These terms and conditions become effective when the user agrees to these terms and conditions and registers as a user of the location information service in accordance with the procedures set by the company.  If the user clicks the “Agree” button of these Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of these Terms and Conditions and has agreed to their application.  If necessary for the purpose of reflecting changes in location information services, etc., the Company may modify these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations.  If the terms and conditions are changed, the company will announce the changes through the company's website or service notices (hereinafter referred to as the website, etc.) at least 15 days before the effective date. However, data communication fees incurred when using wireless services are separate and subject to the policies of each mobile carrier to which the user subscribes.  Change/Restriction/Suspension of Service. If the company is unable to maintain location-based services due to various circumstances such as policy changes or changes in related laws, the company may change, restrict, or suspend all or part of the location-based services.  The Company may restrict or suspend the user’s use of the service in any of the following cases.  When a user interferes with the operation of the company’s services intentionally or through gross negligence In case of unavoidable circumstances due to inspection, repair or construction of service facilities.  When the telecommunication service provider specified in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends. telecommunication services.  When there is difficulty in using the service due to a national emergency, service facility failure, or excessive use of the If the company determines that it is inappropriate to continue providing the service due to other serious reasons.  When the company restricts or suspends the use of the service pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, the reason and restriction period are announced in advance through the company website, etc. or notified to the user.  Use or provision of personal location information  If the company uses personal location information to provide location-based services, it will notify you of these terms and conditions and obtain consent.  The Company does not provide personal location information to a third party without the user's consent. In this case, the company will destroy personal location information and data confirming the use and provision of location information to the extent of withdrawal without delay.  Users may request temporary suspension of the use and provision of personal location information. In this case, the company cannot refuse this and will prepare technical means to meet this.  Users may request the Company to view or notify the following materials, and if there are errors in the materials, they may request correction. In this case, the company will not refuse the request without justifiable reasons.  Data confirming the use and provision of location information to users.  The reason and contents of the user's personal location information provided to a third party pursuant to the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information or other laws and regulations.  Users may request the Company to exercise their rights using the contact information in Article 14 of these Terms and Conditions.  Rights of legal representative  For users under the age of 14, the company must obtain consent from the user and the user's legal representative to provide location-based services using personal location information and to provide personal location information to a third party. In this case, the legal representative has all of the user's rights under Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions.  If the Company intends to use the personal information of children under 14 or any data confirming the utilization and provision of location information beyond the extent specified or notified in the Terms and Conditions or provide them to third parties, it shall gain consent from the Subscriber and his/her legal representative. However, the following cases are excluded.  When confirmation of the use and provision of location information is required to settle fees for the provision of location information and location-based services.  When information is processed and provided in a form that does not identify a specific individual for the purpose of statistical compilation, academic research, or market research.  Rights of guardians of children under 8 years old  The Company provides that a person who falls under Article 26, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information (hereinafter “Children under 8 years of age, etc.”) who falls under the following cases (hereinafter “Children under 8 years of age, etc.”) is 8 years old. If you agree to the use or provision of personal location information to protect the life or body of the following children, etc., your consent is deemed to have been given.  Children under 8 years of age.  Adult guardian.  A person with a mental disability under Article 2, Paragraph 2, Item 2 of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act and a person with a severe disability under Article 2, Item 2 of the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Act for Persons with Disabilities (a person registered as a disabled person under Article 32 of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act) (applies only).  A person with a duty of care who wishes to consent to the use or provision of personal location information to protect the life or body of a child under the age of 8 must submit a written consent form to the company along with a document certifying that he or she is a person with a duty of care.  If the guardian agrees to the use or provision of personal location information of children under the age of 8, he or she has all of the rights of the user under Article 9 of these Terms and Conditions.  Compensation for Damages  If damage is suffered due to an act that violates the provisions of Articles 15 and 26 of the Company's Act on Protection and Use of Location Information, etc., the user may claim compensation from the Company. The company cannot avoid liability if it cannot prove that there was no intent or negligence.  Indemnification  If the Company is unable to provide location-based services in any of the following cases, the Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred to users as a result.  When there is a natural disaster or a force majeure situation equivalent thereto.  If there is intentional service interruption by a third party that has entered into a service partnership agreement with the company to provide location-based services.  If there is a problem in using location-based services due to the user's fault.  Cases due to reasons other than those mentioned in Clauses 1 to 3 that are not intentional or negligent on the part of the Company.  The Company does not guarantee location-based services and the reliability or accuracy of the information, data, or facts posted on location-based services, and is not responsible for any damages suffered by users resulting therefrom.  Dispute Mediation and Others  The Company faithfully consults with users to resolve disputes related to location information.  If the dispute is not resolved through the consultation in the preceding paragraph, the company and the user may apply for a ruling to the Korea Communications Commission pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, or personal information protection pursuant to the provisions of Article 43 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
